1. Plug in the 16V AC adapter or using the built-in battery, then trun on the Switch, LCD display standby
2. Find the related battery port to connect it on the battery tester.
3. Charging Test: After connecting the battery, push CHARGE button,
the
tester
is begin
to charge battery, the normal current is 0.7A.
If U want
to
quit the stage of charge,
please push CHARGE button again.
You can see
the present data of charge current and
voltage.
Please
back to the
standby
stage when you are not charging the battery or
without connecting the
battery.
4. Discharging Test: After connecting the battery, push DISCHARGE button,
the tester is
begin to discharge battery, the normal current is
1.6A.
If U
want to quit the stage of
discharge, please push DISCHARGE
button
again. You can see the present data of charge
current and voltage.
Please
back to the standby stage when you are not charging the
battery or
without
connecting the battery.
5. Automatic Test: After connecting the battery, push TEST button, the
tester
is begin
to test battery automatically. The automatic test is
including
3
parts.
(a) If the communication of battery works well, it will move on to the next
step.
If not, it will stop and display the fault of the communication.
(b) If the load of battery SBS data is works well, it will move on to the
next step.
If not, it will stop and display the fault of the load of battery
SBS data.
(c) FCC Test: The tester can load the FCC data and cycle number to judge
the capacity
of battery is fault or pass. If it works well, it will move on to
the next step.
If not, it will stop and display the fault of FCC Test.
